Inspection & Handover Process
Instruments rarely leave the factory ready to play. Before any instrument reaches you, our local workbench team unboxes, inspects, and adjusts it to perform.
The 5-Point Bench Process
Unboxing & Visuals
Checked for finish blemishes, hardware alignment, and structural faults.
Mechanical Setup
Neck relief, string height, nut depth, and intonation calibrated.
Electronic Testing
Pickups, switches, jacks, and modules tested for quiet signal.
Playability Check
Every fret, key, and pad played through across the full range.
Verified Quality Report
Physical checklist documenting the exact tests completed by our technician.
Why We Test Every Instrument
Instruments travel across climate zones before reaching Singapore. Factory setups shift in transit, frets move, and electronics occasionally loosen. Ordering directly from overseas or box-shippers means taking on those setup tasks yourself.
- Bench-Tuned for Local Climate: Adjusted specifically for Singapore's humidity.
- Physical Inspection Report: Clear checklist detailing functional and cosmetic checks.
- Dual-Signed Handover: Both staff and customer sign two (2) copies upon handover (or upon installation for electronic drums)—one copy goes to you, and one stays with us.
- In-House Tech Support: Direct access to the local workbench team that serviced your instrument.
