Why We Test Every Instrument

Instruments travel across climate zones before reaching Singapore. Factory setups shift in transit, frets move, and electronics occasionally loosen. Ordering directly from overseas or box-shippers means taking on those setup tasks yourself.

  • Physical Inspection Report: Clear checklist detailing functional and cosmetic checks.
  • Dual-Signed Handover: Both staff and customer sign two (2) copies upon handover (or upon installation for electronic drums)—one copy goes to you, and one stays with us.
