Welcome to Music Connoisseur. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and policies. We have designed these to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all musicians and enthusiasts.
1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- General: These terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of any products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
- Product Descriptions: We aim for maximum accuracy in our listings. However, wood grain on instruments (like guitars or ukuleles) is unique to each unit, and actual colors may vary slightly from your screen display.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability or errors in pricing/description.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
- Data Collection: We collect your name, contact number, and shipping address only to fulfill your orders and improve our service.
- Compliance: Your data is handled in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.
- Payment Security: We do not store your credit card or banking details. All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
- Processing: Orders are typically processed and handed to couriers within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and your location).
- Delivery Times: Typically 2–5 business days.
- Packaging: All instruments are inspected and packed securely before shipping to ensure they arrive in good condition.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
- Processing Fee: A 3% transaction fee (charged by the payment gateway) is non-refundable for all cancellations.
5. REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
- All items sold are not refundable, returnable nor exchangeable.
- Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged by the courier, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the box and the product to initiate a claim.
- Refund Process: The packaging must be in unopened original condition. Only orders that successfully obtain approval from Music Connoisseur to refund damaged goods due to shipment will be processed.
6. WARRANTY POLICY
- Coverage: We provide a 1-year warranty that covers electronic parts only (e.g., pickups, pre-amps, onboard tuners, or electronic keyboards).
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, wear and tear, or any faults caused by inappropriate usage, accidental damage, or lack of proper maintenance by the customer.
7. TAXES & PAYMENT
- Currency: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and major Singapore E-wallets via our integrated payment gateways.
